Sedona Townhomes was purchased by Rebus Capital, LLC in August 2016. This 1972 build asset had a value-add opportunity in the form of deferred maintenance and poor management with several tenants on month-to-month leases far below the market rate.

Rebus Capital updated the exterior of the property by repairing damaged stucco, replacing worn fascia, freshening the exterior with new paint, adding a dog park, installing landscaping, and updating signage.

The interior of the units were updated with vinyl wood-plank flooring in the common and wet areas, new fixtures, paint, and carpet to give them all a clean, safe, and new feel that any family would enjoy living in. 

Rebus Capital partnered with professional management to serve the community by providing responsive maintenance and online bill pay, as well as bringing the rents to the market level.
