A Noble Company, LLC purchased this property in March 2016. This was the “ugly” house on the block. Several neighbors approached us after we purchased the property. They were elated when we told them our plans to drastically improve the property. The rehab was extensive. Starting with the main functional features, we replaced the roof, the plumbing supply lines under the house, all the breakers, much of the electrical lines, new a/c compressor, and new hot water heater.
A big value-add addition was splitting the main bathroom to create a 3/2.5/2 from a 3/1.5/2.
We added a walk-in pantry, scraped the popcorn from the ceiling, and added recessed lighting to give the property more modern features.
We opened up the kitchen with a larger cased opening entry and created a bar to give the property a more open feel.
We replaced all the kitchen cabinets, countertops, and appliances to completely update the kitchen.
Wood vinyl flooring was laid throughout the entire interior as well as a fresh coat of paint to make it feel like a brand new home.
Once we listed the property, it was on the market for 10 days before we accepted an offer at our full asking price. This young family toured the house and loved it so much that they turned in an offer within an hour.
